I was part of the Technical Department working with the Design Team where I played an essential role and achieved impressive results. I worked on design enhancements for several REV Websites, namely, Dressbarn.com, Pier1.com, and Modells.com.
- QA-ing websites to find issues in usability, functionality, and designs.
- Competitive Benchmarking of brand websites against competitor websites to learn about conventions and design patterns that guide the creation of user-centric solutions to enhance usability.
- Conducting user research: Creating Customer Journey Maps, Customer Impact Maps, Customer value curves, Affinity diagrams, reports, etc. (Highlighting the Pain Points on the mentioned website).
- Sketching and creating innovative Figma redesigns and fully functional high-quality prototypes of website pages such as: (Homepage - PDP - PLP - Best Sellers - Checkout process pages, etc.).
- Iterating, reviewing, modifying, and improving on redesigns.
- Testing the Insync AI chatbot, highlighting issues regarding logic patterns, and sending feedback reports to the Tech Ops team.
- Participating in the update of the design library guidelines of Dressbarn.com.
- Participating in NetSuite training sessions and providing feedback related to usability.
- Scheduling and attending meetings with members of the Tech team to discuss designs and create a common consensus.
