I was responsible for leading a team of 5 trainees and guiding them through the UX process to collaborate on building a high-fidelity prototype.
Achievements:
I successfully guided a team of 5 inexperienced interns through the UX research process and laid the foundation of the Prototype for Planet Cents. Through this process, I designed the main solution for Planet Cents/ The Environmental Impact Tracker and several major pages of the website such as the Main Dashboard, the Homepage, and the Sign-up page.
My Duties:
- Creating task documentation, guidelines, schedules, and progress reports.
- Mentoring a team of five trainees on using the methods and tools of UX research.
- Providing feedback and insights for improvement during task implementation.
- Implementing overall task management tools such as Jira and advising on the progress of scrum meetings.
- Providing and advising on what content to be used through the research such as possible competitors and user surveys.
- Leading by example and contributing to the UX research by conducting detailed Competitive Benchmarking and Survey Analysis.
- Designing several solutions to bring Planet Cent’s vision to life and building pages of the sustainable marketplace.
- Reviewing and providing feedback/suggestions on the redesigns of other trainees.
